Scouting Report:

As the NFL game moves more and more toward pass catching running backs, Singletary could see his name called earlier in the draft than most expect. Although he has not been utilized much in the passing game, he has shown enough receiving skills paired with his outstanding shiftiness in tight quarters that NFL offensive coordinators will be keeping him high on draft boards. Not necessarily an open field bullet, he is more dangerous with zone rushing plays, jet sweeps, and screens.
