Scouting Report:

Son of NFL fullback of the same name, Neal is near the top of the list of defensive tackles, that will have a hard time competing with the class of the year before. A powerful nose tackle, Neal wasn’t rotated in and out of games as often as big men normally are, as there was just too much of a drop off around him. He performs primarily as a 2 gapper, anchoring the defensive line, but has some surprising burst and both hand and foot technique to get penetration. Is at a pivot point in his career where he will either develop some more 1 gapping skills or will tend more toward a traditional nose tackle.
