Round 1:
1) Tennessee Titans – Shedeur Sanders QB, Colorado 6’2″ 215 lbs
It looks like the QB Levis experiment is over. The Titans are in a tight spot at QB so they take Sanders. I think he’s the best prospect at QB for this draft. I think it’s a shallow draft for a QB. He’s had good coaching from his dad. In 2024 he had 4134 passing yards, 37 touchdowns & 10 interceptions for a 74.0 completion rate.
2) Cleveland Browns – Travis Hunter CB/WR, Colorado 6’1″ 185 lbs
Instead of risking a bust at QB the Brownies take the best overall player available for this draft. He’s the top CB in the draft & will shutdown his side of the field. He’s the best 2 way player ever to come out. On defense he produced 36 tackles, 11 passes defended, 4 interceptions & 1 forced fumble. On offense he had 96 receptions, 1258 yards & 15 touchdowns for a 13.1 avg.
3) New York Giants – Cam Ward QB, Miami 6’2′ 223 lbs
The G-men are in the same boat as the Titans. They released Daniel Jones & have 3 back up QB’s as prospects so they take a chance on Ward. Ward likes the pocket but can scramble for good yards when needed. Goes through his progressions well & finds his 2nd & 3rd receivers. For 2024 he put together 4313 passing yards, 39 touchdowns, 7 interceptions for a 67.2% rate.
4) New England Patriots – Tetairoa McMillan WR, Arizona 6’5″ 210 lbs
The Pats & new HC Vrabel grab a big play receiver for young QB Drake Maye. McMillan has decent speed & long arms & fingers to just pluck the ball out of the air. Should be XLNT in the red zone & moving the chains. In 2024 he had 84 receptions for 1319 yards & 8 touchdowns for a 15.7 avg.
5) Jacksonville Jaguars – Will Johnson CB, Michigan 6’2″ 205 lbs
The Jags have CB Campbell on one side & he’s a solid CB but the other side of the field has been a revolving door. Johnson will solidify the secondary & eventually show leadership skills. Has good speed to not allow separation, is a solid tackler in the open field. Opposing QB’s have pretty much stayed away from his side of the field. In 2024 he put together 14 tackles, 3 passes defended & 2 interceptions (both pic 6’s & 1 for 86 yards)
6) Las Vegas Raiders – Mason Graham DL3T/DT/NT, Michigan 6’3″ 318 lbs
This is the best interior defensive lineman available for this draft. He will come in & shutdown the run game & put occasional pressure on QB. He’s been the leader of the Wolverines defense the last 2 years. In 2024 his numbers were 45 tackles, 3.5 sacks & 1 pass defended.
7) New York Jets – Will Campbell OT/G, LSU 6’6″ 320 lbs
The Jets would love a QB here & have several holes to fill. Campbell is rock solid in pass pro & can open up big lanes for the ground game. He’s been starting since his true freshman year & is battle tested playing in the SEC.
8) Carolina Panthers – Abdul Carter OLB/EDGE, Penn St. 6’3″ 252 lb2
Carter is the top ER on my board & the leader of the NIttany Lions defense. In 2024 he had 68 tackles, 12 sacks, 4 passes defended & 2 forced fumbles. Penn St. had him playing up & down their defensive line so he could shoot gaps & cause havoc, get sacks & tackles for loss..
9) New Orleans Saints – Kenneth Grant NT/DT, Michigan 6’3″ 339 lbs
The Saints have been having problems stopping the run up the middle. In comes Grant who will plug up the middle of the defensive line & stuff the rush game. He’s quite agile for a man his size & can get a few sacks too. In 2024 he produced 32 tackles, 3 sacks & 5 passes defended.
10) Chicago Bears – Kelvin Banks OT/G, Texas 6’4″ 324 lbs
Da Bears decide to get young QB Caleb Williams some better pass protection. He spent a lot of 2024 running for his life. Banks was a 3 year starter for the Longhorns at LOT & is solid in pass pro & can open up nice running lanes for the ground game. If his arms come in a little short at the combine he’ll have to move inside to G which is a big need for the Bears.
11) San Francisco 49ers – Mykel Williams EDGE, Georgia 6’5″ 265 lbs
He was injured a bit in 2024 or his stat line would be much larger. Has a quick 1st step to propel him into opponents backfield where he can get sacks & tackles for loss. He would pair well with ER Nick Bosa to form a formidable duo for a few years to come. In 2024 he produced 21 tackles, 5 sacks, 2 passes defended & 2 forced fumbles.
12) Dallas Cowboys – Ashton Jeanty RB, Boise St. 5’9″ 217 lbs
The Cowboys need a RB more than anything & have shown a preference for Boise St. players over the years. He hits the hole fast & hard & is in the secondary before the defense knows what’s happening. For 2024 he had 2601 yards rushing & 29 touchdowns for a 7.0 avg. Also, had 138 yards receiving & 1 touchdown.
13) Miami Dolphins – Malaki Starks FS, Georgia 6’1″ 205 lbs
The Dolphins could use some help on the back end of their defense. Starks is the best Safety available for this draft hands down. He’s a heavy hitter & good in coverage. 3 year starter for the Dawgs & an all SEC & All American performer. For 2024 he put up 77 tackles, 3 passes defended & 1 interception.
14) Indianapolis Colts – Tyler Warren TE, Penn St. 6’6″ 261 lbs
This player was on fire that last half of 2024 & had a great season overall. He can run the seam or the sideline for chunk gains & is an XLNT blocker on the line & downfield. Clutch receiver who knows how to get open at the right time. Should be a killer safety valve for QB Richardson who needs all the help he can get. For 2024 he had 104 receptions, 1233 yards & 8 touchdowns for a 11.9 avg. Also had 218 yards rushing.
15) Atlanta Falcons – James Pearce Jr. EDGE/OLB, Tennessee 6’5″ 243 lbs
Pearce had a slow start to the 2024 season but in the 2nd half of the year he went on a tear. He needs to get in an NFL strength & conditioning program & team groceries. He’ll need to put on at least 10 – 15 lbs of muscle to be effective off the EDGE in the NFL. He had 38 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 1 pass defended & 1 forced fumble in 2024.
16) Arizona Cardinals – Luther Burden III WR, Missouri 5’11” 208 lbs
QB Kyler Murray needs another effective WR to take some pressure off Marvin Harrison Jr. who should be an all pro WR in the near future. Burden has good moves, is a deep
ball threat & has sticky fingers. For 2024 he had 61 receptions, 676 yards & 6 touchdowns for a 11.1 avg.
17) Cincinnati Bengals – Trey Amos CB, Ole Miss 6’1″ 190 lbs
The Bengals have one of the worst secondaries in the league. They need help at CB & S. I’m big on Amos & think he will be a star at the next level. Played for 2 years at Alabama & had a good contribution then transferred to Ole Miss for a chance to start. He has good speed to not allow separation, sticks to WR’s like glue, tracks the ball well & is a solid tackler. In 2024 he produced 50 tackles, 13 passes defended, 3 interceptions & 1 forced fumble.
18) Seattle Seahawks – Nic Scourton DL5T/EDGE/DE, Texas A&M 6’4″ 280 lbs
The Hawks need to reset their defensive line & start on the EDGE. He’s very strong & has legs like tree trunks to push OT’s backward in his pursuit of QB. In 2024 he put together 37 tackles, 5 sacks, 2 passes defended & 1 forced fumble.
19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Shavon Revel Jr. CB, East Carolina 6’3″ 193 lbs
Here’s a player who scouts & coaches are big on. Has good speed & long arms to just swat passes out of the way. Real solid in pass coverage. The Bucs are beginning to age on their corners & could use some new blood. He only played in 3 games due to a torn ACL in practice & had 8 tackles, 2 passes defended & 2 interceptions in 2024.
20) Denver Broncos – Emeka Egbuka WR, Ohio St. 6’1′ 205 lbs
HC Sean Payton & the Broncos decide to get Hot QB Bo Nix another big weapon for their offense. Egbuka bought his time in Columbus playing behind Marvin Harrison Jr for 2 years. He finally got his chance in 2024 & took advantage of it. He had 75 receptions, 947 yards, 10 touchdowns for a 12.6 avg. Also, while getting pressured from hot freshman WR Jeremiah Smith who may be the best WR in the nation in 2025.
21) Pittsburgh Steelers – Isaiah Bond WR/WRS, Texas 5’11” 182 lbs
The Steelers need help at both positions & Bond could help them remedy the situation. Fast WR with twitchy moves & runs a good route tree. Has contributed for 2 years in the Longhorns offense. In 2024 he put together 34 receptions, 540 yards & 5 touchdowns for a 15.9 avg.
22) Los Angeles Chargers – Colston Loveland TE, Michigan 6’5″ 245 lbs
HC Harbaugh selects one of his disciples from Ann Arbor. Loveland was the most disciplined receiver for the Wolverines in 2024. Consistent player who contributed when he was the target. For the 2024 season he had 56 catches for 582 yards & 5 touchdowns for a 10.4 avg
23) Green Bay Packers – Jahdae Barron CB, Texas 5’11” 200 lbs
The Pack needs an upgrade at CB & Barron is coming off of a terrific season in 2024 for the Longhorns. Heavy hitter & solid cover corner who also is a good ball hawk. For the season he had 67 tackles, 1 sack, 11 passes defended & 5 interceptions.
24) Minnesota Vikings – Nick Emmanwori SS, South Carolina 6’3′ 227 lbs
The Vikes are aging on their back end & need some good help. Both starters are on the wrong side of 30. This player was all over the field for the Gamecocks. Is a big Safety who can play OLB in sub packages & blitz. In 2024 he had 88 tackles, 2 passes defended & 4 interceptions.
25) Houston Texans – Walter Nolen DL3T, Ole Miss 6’4″ 290 lbs
Nolen went through the SEC like a mauler. In every game he contributed. Can slash & slip between offensive linemen & get into opponents backfield where can cause trouble & havoc. For the 2024 season he produced 48 tackles, 6.5 sacks & 3 passes defended.
26) Los Angeles Rams – Aireonte Ersery OT, Minnesota 6’6″ 330 lbs
The Rams could use a long term LOT. Ersery has been a 3 year starter for the Golden Gophers. Is a wall in pass protection & can open up massive holes for the ground game. Clean player with awesome upper body strength.
27) Washington Commanders – Derrick Harmon DL3T, Oregon 6’5′ 310 lbs
This player was the force behind the Ducks defensive front. A little under the radar but scouts are on to him. Good upper body strength & solid defensive footwork. His stock has been rising the last half of the season. In 2024 he chipped in with 45 tackles, 5 sacks, 4 passes defended & 2 forced fumbles.
28) Baltimore Ravens – Tyler Booker G, Alabama 6’5″ 325 lbs
This is the best interior offensive lineman available for this draft. 2 year starter for the Tide & contributed the year before that. He’s solid in pass protection & is a real mauler in the rush game. Strong arms & nice footwork. This guy screams Ravens at me. They love Bama players.
29) Buffalo Bills – Landon Jackson EDGE/DL5T, Arkansas 6’7″ 281 lbs
The Bills need another presence on the EDGE. Jackson is another player who has a couple years of starting experience. Big man with a lot of strength. His combine will be interesting. Needs to get his shoulders a little lower on OT’s for leverage. In 2024 he had 49 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 3 passes defended & 1 forced fumble.
30) Philadelphia Eagles – Jalon Walker OLB/EDGE, Georgia 6 ‘2’ 245 lbs
A lot of mockers have him going earlier but he lacks size to play out on the EDGE. Explosive player who can make some splash plays for his defense. In 2024 he produced 60 tackles, 6.5 sacks & 2 passes defended. GM Roseman loves Dawg players.
31) Kansas City Chiefs – Cameron Williams OT, Texas 6’5″ 335 lbs
The Chiefs need to make a move at ROT. Jawann Taylor has had more penalties than any other tackle the last 2 seasons. Williams has been a starter for the Longhorns the last 2 seasons & contributed the year before that. Solid in pass pro & in the run game too.
32) Detroit Lions – Jack Sawyer EDGE, Ohio St. 6’4″ 265 lbs
The Lions need another ER to chip in & help since the absence of Hutch. He has been in the 2nd round with me the last couple mocks but put himself in Buckeye lore with his 83 yard scoop & score & the 2 games he’s played in the playoff. HIs interview after the game was XLNT. Sounds like a Dan Campbell player to me. For 2024 he had 56 tackles, 9 sacks, 7 passes defended, 1 interception & 3 forced fumbles.
